Fresh spinach steamed/sauté on the griddle with fresh chopped garlic & olive oil - finished with grated Parmesan/Asiago cheese. Note: A HUGE pawful of fresh spinach cooks down to a neat little portion!!! (Tom Brady would probably order this) LOL
